The homeowner planned on continuing to reside in the home when it was placed on the market. Consequently, we used most of the furniture only eliminating smaller pieces that made the area feel too congested. I also removed most of the decorating accessories only retaining a few things that highlighted room colors or gave a cozy touch.
The home was listed just days prior to the COVID-19 pandemic shut down. Fortunately photography and walk-thru video had been done following the Home Staging of the home. Within two weeks the owner received an offer based only on a drive-by and virtual tour by the buyer. As you can see in the photos the rooms and space could be easily identified for furniture fit and layout for potential buyers.
